Presenting the floating espresso tonic mocktail! This one almost looks magical due to the clear tonic water at its bottom. If you don’t look closely, it might seem like the bottom half of the glas is empty and there is just the espresso floating on the upper half! This mocktail is very easy to make. Give it a try! 🙂

You probably couldn’t image mixing tonic water and coffee, right ? Well, we couldn’t either, so we just gave it a try. This mocktail tastes slightly bitter.
