Pina Colada - Smooth perfection
A creamy, delicious, tropical coconut-pineapple cocktail. Pina Colada in its perfect completion.
Ingredients
- 80 ml Pineapple juice
- 25 ml Coconut puree or 30ml coconut milk
- 20 ml White rum
- 15 ml Coconut rum e.g. Mahiki rum
- 10 ml Whipping cream
- 10 ml Coconut syrup e.g. Monin
Instructions
- Put some ice cubes in a shaker
- Now fill all ingredients into the shaker and shake everything well for a few seconds
- Put a few ice cubes in a glass
- Strain the drink into the glass
- Garnish the drink with a few pieces of pineapple
