Simple herb dip - great for your movie night

- 200 g Crème fraîche
- 150 g Mild yogurt
- 50 g Herb cream cheese
- 20 g Herbal mixture Parsley, dill, cress, chervil, chives, sorrel, borage and salad burnet
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Small onion
- 1 teaspoon Provance herbs
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 tablespoon Black pepper
Add the crème fraîche, mild yogurt and herb cream cheese into a bowl
Peel the onion and chop it into very small and fine pieces
Peel and squeeze garlic cloves
Add the chopped onions and the squeezed garlic to the bowl
Now add the herb mixture and the remaining spices and season to taste
Mix everything well
- To make sure the herbal flavors are absorbed well, you can leave the dip to stand in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- This dip also works great as a base for a tarte flambée, instead of regular sour cream.
- You can easily vary the taste of this dip by changing the cream cheese variant.
