- 2 Eggs
- 280 g Flour
- 200 g Sugar
- 90 g Cooking oil e.g. rapeseed oil, sunflower oil
- 420 g Natural yogurt
- 16,5 g Baking powder
- 8 g Vanilla sugar
- 1-2 teaspoon Lime juice or lime zest
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar for decoration
Alle Zutaten in eine Rührschüssel geben.
Mix with a hand mixer until smooth and homogeneous.
Preheat the oven ( top/bottom heat 180°, convection oven 160°)
Grease baking pan with a little oil/butter
Bake the cake for about 45min
When the cake is cooled down, dust with powdered sugar as desired
- Baking time can vary, depending on your oven.
- Make a toothpick test after 30 minutes. (Poke a wooden toothpick into the cake. If dough sticks to the toothpick, the cake is not yet done.)
- The cake can be easily varied. Throw a few hazelnuts and almonds in the dough. Or how about some chocolate shavings and cocoa?
