Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml Ginger Ale
  • 30 ml Cold espresso
  • 20 ml Falernum syrup e.g. Monin

Instructions
 

  • First, prepare the espresso and let it cool down.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Add falernum syrup and ginger ale to the glass and stir briefly.
  • Slowly pour the cooled espresso into the glass over the back of a spoon.

Notes

  • To create this beautiful layering, slowly pour the coffee into the glass over the back of a spoon. But this is optional, you can just pour it in the glas if you don't want the layering. :)
