Chocolate coffee cocktail – a sweet tooth’s dream

The chocolate coffee cocktail served with a cream topping. Decorated with chocolate pieces and a cookie.

Here we have a recipe for a delicious cocktail that will satisfy chocolate- and coffee-fragrant lovers. No matter when the desire for a coffee gets you, with this recipe for our chocolate coffee cocktail you will probably want a second one aswell. 🙂

We’re big fans of chocolate, coffee and Licor43, so it’s really fitting that these ingredients combine well together!

This cocktail is best served warm, so it tastes particularly delicious and reminds you of a hot chocolate. We always heat up the milk beforehand for the chocolate coffee cocktail so that most ingredients are warm. The cocoa powder also mixes better with a fresh, hot espresso.

If this is too sweet for you, you can of course also use unsweetened whipped cream or drinking cocoa with a lower sugar content (e.g. baking cocoa). This takes some of the sweetness out of the drink, but retains the chocolaty flavor.

This recipe is our own variation of the Choco Glow 43, but if you’re looking for a non-alcoholic alternative, check out our peanutbutter chocolate bar mocktail! Coffee lovers can also experience a tropical feeling while drinking coffee with the caribbean iced coffee. Cheers! 🙂
